I have seen that it 1.2% for northbound trains but i can't swear to it.
Actually I wanted to see how high the summit was vs say the one at the Cajon Pass which is 4,600 & some odd ft up. Another comparison is the UPRR Sherman Hill in WY up there @ 8,000 ft

At 311' it's no Cajon or Sherman but it is a struggle especially if the train is coming out of the siding which is located just 3 miles to the south
Nah that is just a bump compared to Cajon or Sherman or places in Washington & Oregon
