Caught the UP MoPac Heritage unit this afternoon on the UP Falls City Sub. First two shots are at Oreapolis NE$ and the third is at La Platte NE.

Great catch Ed. I sure like that new road configuration for photoing the NB UP. It was hard to get good shots when Buccaneer Bay Road was a level crossing,

Thanks Tom. That's the first UP train I've seen on that line in ages (my timing's been off as I know they do use that sub quite a bit) and I was really surprised the 1982 was on the point.

My favorite for personal reasons: my grandfather worked for MoPac and predecessor I&GN. Just received an HO model of it as payment for some photos.

Great catch Ed! I haven't seen that unit in a while. As far as the Falls City Sub, it seems like may be they run more in the morning on that line? Just a guess, but it seems like the then's when I have seen action on there lately.
