Check out this scenes from The Avengers, my favorite TV show back in the 60's. It is obviously a parody of train fights from American Westerns.

Each part starts repeating itself after about 30 seconds. When that happens, just go on to the next part.

As he says, obviously a cliche parody of US Westerns, right down to the Damsel in Distress tied to the tracks!

The model train scenes were filmed at The Stapleford Miniature Railway, Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire, 4 April 1965.

Rare chance to see both our North American locos if not prototypical double heading in a super sized train configuration running an exhibitors train at the end of a public days running Taken in 1998, it is logistical nightmare to run due to the length not fitting the platforms and so does not feature very often so enjoy and no it really is that long!!
