Tall height cargo question CN from Winnipeg to Toronto

I have an offbeat question some crew may be able to answer. Is CN running double stack containers between Manitoba and Toronto or Montreal ? Is there enough track height clearance on that route ?
I am on the east coast and I am looking at a tall crate maybe 16 to 17 ft high being moved on a double stack car from Winnipeg to Halifax. ( I figured that would be the only freight car low enough to move this ).

They most certainly do run double stacks on their mainline.
