So...One time I was hanging out with my in-laws and my brother in law was talking about what CTC was. Keep in mind, he is NOT familiar with railroad operations. I immediately said it stands for centralized traffic control and is used with trains. He went on to say it stands for "cut throat city." That is the local name for a crime ridden neighborhood in New Orleans (the lower ninth ward, I think.) If you look on http://wikipedia.org you will see on the disambiguation page for CTC that it lists an article for both and among other things with the aforementioned initials. I thought everyone on here would appreciate that.
