Heard a rumor that one of the SLRG F40PH+road slug sets were headed east on the UP to North Platte.
Anyone know if there is any truth to this? Also, if there is any truth to this any idea where they're headed?
Here's a photo(that I did not take) for reference:
Wasn't that supposed to be the power they were going to use on the ill fated ski train that tanked?
According to the website DRGW.net, they are going to Lubbock, TX to be used on the Iowa pacific.
Gotcha. I'm not sure about their use for the revamped Ski Train, I thought they were going to use a pair of SD90's with the same paint scheme. Either way it's a shame the Ski Train never came back.
Sure is but I can't take credit for it.
