Does anyone know if there is still a siding in Cle Elum that could be used like a team track, where a truck could pull up along side it for loading?

Thanks,

There were tracks still in place in Cle Elum that could be used as a team track, but the question is whether or not they are still considered in service for freight use. The only thing I ever saw in the sidings there were MOW equipment.

Another location to consider is a couple miles or so west at the old chip mill. Located adjacent to Exit 80 on I-90. Not sure who own's the property at this point, but those tracks were in service a couple years ago.

Owned by Longview something or other, a timber company, as I recall. But I would think there would be space at Cle Elum to do a team track unloading.

The siding at Cle Elum is gone but a number of spur tracks do remain on either side of the grade crossing on the north side of the main line.
