Twice now in the past month I've seen a train which had a single locomotive on the end of it. Smoke a pouring from its stack and bellowing out. This section of track is not on a grade....all the other trains that run don't have a 'pusher'. Any reason for this? And how is it controlled? Is there someone in the cab or is there some remote operation to it?
