Pedestrian must have walked in front of a northbound loaded coal train at Holgate Street in Seattle just a short while ago. Police have both sides of the crossing taped off and the power is stopped about 15 cars north if the crossing.
Apparently the guy jumped on to the tracks right before the northbound coal train went over holgate street. clearly a suicide, according to a guy who saw it who i talked to. the train was blocking holgate, lander and spokane for around 2 hours.
My sympathy goes out to the crews involved in accidents like this
