For someone starting as a Conductor with Canadian Pacific

What type of pay can one achieve in first couple of years?

is it possible to make over $80000 in first couple of years with over time etc?

If you live in a small town and work the road, yeah it's possible. If you work in a city and you're stuck in the yard, you'll come close to that, but it's less dough than the road.
