It is (or was) tied down and doubled-over in the yard about 2:00pm Wednesday Nov. 16. Appears to be a BARPAS by the train make up.

I was driving by yard on way to appointment, couldn't stop, but am glad that Austin in driving now! At least someone got some shots.

SD40-2's have been "dime a dozen" on the OT Sub. the last couple of weeks, but this is the first blue/yellow I've seen.
