Found this GE 70-tonner in Boardman, Oregon where Frontier Rail previously had a leased SW9 WRIX 23.
There are no distinguishable reporting marks, and I dont know where to find the serial number (didnt see anything on the side sills) so I can not determine its origin.
Does anybody have a clue where this came from?
I like the paint scheme and the throwback to a very historical railroad name.
