That is a fantastic photo. And yes I can: 3004 has 4 cooling fans and 2313 and 2303 only have 3 cooling fans.

Yep. 2303 and 3004 are lettered for Portland & Western; while 2313 in the middle has Willamette & Pacific markings.

Do they number them by horsepower? 23xx=2300hp and 30xx=3000hp?
