Train O-EOLV 17 is on its way south today from Eastport, ID from the CPR headed to Longview, WA with 130 potash loads. I assume this is a regular Canpotex Potash train. What makes this interesting is this is the first train to go to Longview and right now is the only train as such on the lineups so far. There are more O-EOT5's coming headed to Portland. Anyone have any ideas if this is a new contract?
