Hello All,

I am 20 years old and live in California. I'm looking to get a job in the railroad industry (preferably working on a passenger train), and am actually in a railroad program at the local city college working towards my certificate (hence the username "RRstudent"). My question is, when it comes to working as a conductor, is how stressful is it working as a passenger train conductor compared to say, working as a freight train conductor?

I'm open to working either with freight/passengers, but just would appreciate a second opinion on this.

Thanks,

RRstudent.
