I was heading back to college after my Thanksgiving break and even though it's a six hour drive I still took a detour to try to catch something on the NCRC Stromsburg Sub. I hit the jackpot with five locomotives sitting on the siding in Hordville. I'm assuming they have so many units to keep up with the grain being loaded out after harvest, it seemed every town along the line had a string of covered hoppers.
