Yes, a friend of mine Brett brought to my attention that the bitterroot line on the Montana rail link is coming back to life. The line out of Missoula, Montana that runs into the Valley will reopeon. The local paper reports the mrl will start repairs Friday morning

Great! I will have another chance to railfan it now when I visit family in Hamilton. Any idea what industries will be served now?

I rode my motorcycle between Lolo and Missoula two years ago. If I recall correctly, there were sections which looked as though new ballast had been laid down.
