This is slightly outside the Indiana area, even though the Milwaukee Riad did run as far east as Scottsburg (?). My question is: how did the electric box cab locomotives from the early 20th Century convert AC to DC current? I can 't find any information on the works of the box cabs. any knowledge would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
