Locomotive Engineer!!!
An Eastbound empty grainer had an extra three units on the head end so I am assuming that it will set out the three units in Wenatchee for the next Westbound loaded grainer. I have seen them do this before and it seems to get some units into a dedicated DP rut.

Back in the late 1990's, we were having a number of leased units being added at Wenatchee for Westbounds and then sending them back east as lite power. I had one lite power move of 12 units one time going to Wenatchee. These were mostly old SD 40s or SD 40-2s. You kept getting the same old, worn out units and frequently had some sort of problem with them. Some had no automatic brake valve handle nor seats sometimes so they were dedicated trailing units.
