has the clearing of this line started by the north louisana & arkansas railroad from lake village south to louisana and when will the first train start service on this portion?

Clearing and repair work have not started yet. Waiting on Engineering firm to get spec's out so the work can be bid. Spring is target time for train service but I will know more in a month or so.
