I thought I would share some images from my recent outings from the Omaha area. Two of them were taken near Oreapolis and the other two were taken on the BNSF Creston sub. Last weekend on the Creston Sub was the first long railfaning trip my dad and I have done since we lived in California over 5 years ago. There was a lot of traffic and I will have to visit the line more often.
Thanks for looking.

1. A loaded UP coal train climbs the grade outside of Oreapolis on a beautiful Saturday morning. This train was struggling to make speed, but put on a good show.
2. BNSF approaches the junction at Oreapolis as a manifest lies in the hole.
3. An executive mac leads a loaded coal drag with a beat up UP GE at McPherson.
4. Another SD70MAC brings the MLINCRO upgrade near Emerson, Iowa.
Thanks for looking.
