Well, I think I have finally gotten to the posting stage here... took a while... anyway, I am from southside Virginia... N&W territory... RF&P... a few small branch lines and a few steam excursion runs here and there... I am a model railroader for the most part, retired now and getting started in a new garage with a new layout and the only drawback is money... I will be on here reading and maybe asking questions. I have a few old pictures that I took years ago when I was driving across country... (I am a retired over the road trucker with almost 30 years in the seat)... a few trains in a few settings that are sort of neat and I will probably posting them as time permits. I look forward to chewing the fat with whoever wants to talk. I will use this site for referrence and info. My name is Bill. :)Talk later. is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to - An online railroad bookstore featuring a curated selection of new and used railroad books.
