3 yrs. ago I tried working with CP as a student conductor. They can me saying I failed the Gcor with a 85%. Now they called me back stating a 10,000$ bonus if I would be willing to try again. Before I didn't get no bonus or relocation asst.. Now they are throwing money at me. After discussions with them trying to get me to go to N.D. (I said NO), we settled for Waseca, MN. and I still get my bonus. So say the least I am a little nervous about all this. Then they give me a date for Aug,4 then cancel on me. Reschedule for Aug,25. Now to get a call say in order to get my bonus and guarantee my spot. I need to be their on Aug,11 (today is Aug,6) is this there S.O.P.
How is it working for them now compared to then?
Are they worse or getting better?
