Hello, I purchase this along with a conductor hat pin , They came from the Sperry family estate in Willmar Mn. The small plaque enamel was to have been from a caboose . I was hoping someone would recognise the markings on the back of it there is small lettering on rockys head and the bottom of the body as it would help to identify the Maker . I thought this would be quite an early piece . Thanks ahead for any help
