I am a governmental liaison and as a presidential public priority project which will interconnect by freight/passenger train many airports, ports and cities in my country I am looking for a company interested in design, build, manufacture and turnkey delivery of the whole project. It has been impossible to contact wabtec, GE, Alstom, etc... through their contact information on the web and I need help. This is very urgent.

I would suggest publishing an Expression of Interest tender in the main international railway journals. Railway Gazette International is probably the most global and will reach anyone who has the capability of such a project.
