Why are GTW's SD40-3s in KCS paint, like the one shown here? Were they bought from the KCS and just never repainted? Any knowledge would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! :)

For now, I'm going to go with you don't need as much white paint for the name, but... :D
No idea...:confused: Nice shots though. :)

IIRC CN and KCS did a joint lease on those units. They would use them for six months each per year.
