Kinda at a loss right now for stuff to hear so lay 'em on me. Old or new (1990-present). Indie pop, metal, punk, whatever. The more obscure the better.
Hook me up.

Hmmmm, interesting pick. Thanks.depending on your age, this may actually count as obscure:
Jeff Beck's Truth album, 1968. 1st solo since yardbirds, Rod Stewart (when he could rock) on vocals......http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Truth_(Jeff_Beck_album)
Again, interesting but I would really like to keep picks to 1990-present.
Nothing wrong with those choices but I'm just a bit burned out on 1980's music.April you've got to include the 80's music. Bon Jovi-Livin on a Prayer, Berlin-Take my breath away(from Top gun), Cheap trick-the Flame(personal favorite), some Queen, god there are sooooo many good songs out there. Don't limit youself to one decade. I did that and found out the hard way what I was missing. Now I have a electic blend of neary everything(including a bit of rap).
Yeah, I pretty much have those covered. Even have a video of "Fade Into You" I taped eons ago. I need to see if I still have it...How about Mazzy Star? Their video for "Fade Into You" featured shots of Santa Fe trains in the desert.
Some others from the 90s:
Alice In Chains
