Genesee & Wyoming Inc. (G&W) (NYSE:GWR) announced today the appointment
of Albert J. Neupaver and Joseph H. Pyne to its Board of Directors (the
“Board”). These appointments expand the Board to 13 directors, 11 of
whom are independent directors.
Mr. Neupaver serves as executive chairman of the board for Wabtec
Corporation, a supplier of value-added, technology-based products and
