My brother was relatively high up in FEMA before he went to another gov't agency, and they all got really tired of all the public accusations of their 'prison trains.' He actually made a point never to be wearing anything that said FEMA on it when he travelled for that reason. Can you imagine how many nut jobs probably contact FEMA annually on insanity like that?
