I am considering a conductor job with the FEC in Miami. After reading their contract it appears as though all locations are under the same seniority rooster and I would be able to bid for re-assignment to a position in Jacksonville twice a year or whenever a permanent vacancy happens.
Anyone here with first hand FEC info? Is my understanding correct and if so, how likely is it to be able to transfer within a year or two as a new conductor?
