For a book I am writing, I need to know what passenger rail routes would have been chosen by a passenger in 1915 or thereabouts traveling from Galesburg, Illinois to EITHER Webster City, Iowa or Albuquerque, New Mexico. Galesburg had two stations at the time, one for the Chicago, Burlington & Quincy and one for the Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe. What would have been the most likely route from Galesburg for someone headed to Webster City, Iowa, and what would have been the most likely route for someone traveling from Galesburg to Albuquerque? Thank you!

For starters, I suggest you query online for timetables of the CB&Q and Santa Fe for the years you are interested in.
