When I was 9, my mom came home one day telling me about a couple trains she saw at work, she's not a railfan but she knows train types, and not one but TWO of those had intermodal traffic on them, this being on the KP line I'd always wanted to see an intermodal train here, which would happen later that year (2004ish), then again in 2006. On 10-10-2007 I officially began photographing trains, and have from that day wanted to photograph an intermodal on the KP, well on 6-28-2011, my dream finally came true with the ZSEMN being detoured. 
Now my main goal is photographing a freight train with a heritage ACe in the consist, not to give anything away but that may happen really soon.
Anyways, enough rambling and lets get to the shots.
We start off the evening with a hot shot coal load led by UP 6517, UP 6343.

Around 15 minutes later, I hear the thundering momentum of SD70Ms and thought the Z was here, nope just a single SD70M leading empty flats, UP 4087 to be exact.

Well, I get sick of the glint angle, its fun for a while but man I'm just not good at it. So I went for backlight instead, the finally shows up, UP 4280, UP 4989 leading the ZSEMN.

Now, to proove it was an intermodal since it had those racks on the head end...
