Hi folks. I came across these pictures on rrpicturearchives via a Facebook group. If you scroll from top to bottom you'll see the history of these units.

As you can see, the most recent photos are 2014, fairly soon after the time they were converted.
What I would like to know is, were these units/sets considered a success? That is, are they still operating or in existence?
