According to the math on the piece, this ran in 2014. Since then, a paved trail has been built. Because it has to be wide enough for bikes and peds, so those trackside gardens are gone. Go back to 2012 on this Street View for a before and after. https://maps.app.goo.gl/W1Rjr8X65YSR38fr8
