WOW! As many times as I went Fremont in the 1970's I never went to that area. I guess I was looking for trains. I should have taken pictures of some of the right of way and stuff even without a train on it. TZ
Its just about the town of Ames. I was only 5 when this branch closed and I have just a few memories of trains coming though Ceresco where I grew up. The more I get into tracing old railines the more addicting it becomes. I love this website!
