Hello everyone went out today despite the heavy overcast to look for two Canadian friends. Started the day by heading up US90 east and came across siding meet at Knippa with the UP 7390 west and UP 3894 east. To make a long story short I end my day when I found my friends from the north at D'Hanis

CSXT 684 westbound Juice Train rolling thur the South Texas town of Sabinal.

CSXT 684 GE AC44CW in the lead of the Z ATLC.

UP 8760 West on the QEWWC near Sabinal, Texas

UP 8673 Rear DPU power on the QEWWC near Sabinal, Texas

Canadian Pacific unit make a rare trip down to Mexico on a unit grain train. Unit number CP 8888 in the lead passing down town D’Hanis, Texas

Thanks for the compliments gentleman. If only it had been a better day with a lot better light. A lot of upgrade happening out this way, everything from signals to ribbon rail being replaced.

Thanks Brad, I started using Adobe Photoshop Elements with this photos due to the overcast of clouds.

Looks like its working, #4 is the only shot where they sky is blown out. I don't mind overcast when you can see texture in the sky like the rest of yours.
