Hi,

I bought this lamp/flashlight on a fleamarket today, the seller, a british man, said it had been used along the british railways in the 1930's. I don't know if that was a assumption or something he knew, but nevertheless I would like to know more about it.
And, not that I plan to sell it, but is it rare? I am thinking of restoring it, but if it's valueable I think I leave that to experts later on.
Sorry about the sideways picture by the way, it was the right way on my computer and I don't know how to straigthen it.
