I had the interview where is about 3-4 hours away from my home, I would like to know if I am required to relocate. If I will be traveling a lot for work or I will be home on the weekend? I can stay in the extended stay during the week, and drive home on the weekend. I just need to know more details about this job before I make the final decision. Your comments are appreciated. We got both Headquatered and mobile gangs, it's up to you on what you wanna do, with the mobile gangs, there's the regionals that travels and works just about everywhere, the division gangs stays within the division you hired out at, the headquatered sections pretty much goes home every night.
And yes, we all have the weekends off.

And, on relocation, the company doesn't require you to relocate, it's up to you if you want to relocate within your division or district, if you decide to relocate or transfer to another division, your seniority starts all over at the bottom again.
