BNSF 4120 in Bend, OR, with a freshly painted nose. What are those bars on the cab roof? Are they super-long "Sinclair" antennas?

I believe they are milli wave antenna. Not sure if that is the proper "term" but I can count on being corrected if I'm wrong.
