Nice stuff Joel! I was out at the KSHB this summer. I wish there was a way to get a little more elevation on it for photos.

I agree. If you have a good enough zoom you can park at the top of the hill on the South side and get some descent shots. Other than that it requires trespassing on railroad or private land.

Thank you all for the compliments. As president of the Iowa State Railroad Club I'd like to welcome everybody to our 24 hours event from 5 pm Friday April 25 to 5 pm Saturday April 26. You aren't required to be there the entire 24 hours but, we encourage any rail fans in the area or who can make the trip to come.
