Locomotive/engine test technician. Is the job title. At Wabtec. AKA GE. If that helps. Not sure if that's a industry standard. Forgive my ignorance. Anyways to get this job I need to pass a test. I'm told its difficult takes about 3 hours and is all done on a computer. I have the technical background they require. I only have a few days to brush up and not sure wher to focus my efforts. Or something that might catch one off guard. Having not worked in the industry yet. Schematics, wiring diagrams, symbols. If you had any experience in this position or an idea. I would appreciate it. Because wow! The information overload is real.
