amtrak train set past king st station, led by pumpkin

around 19:00 on 8/2 was near the stadiums in seattle when i saw this amtrak pop out of the tunnel and run southbound past king st on Main 2, led by a BNSF unit. it just blazed through. didnt go into the station. any idea what was up with this move?

Very late #7. Since it was on Main 2 at KSS, it would appear they detrained the passengers before Seattle and took the train directly to get turned and serviced. It did end up departing a few hours later as #8.
