The Akron Subdivision runs from Brush, Co to McCook, NE on former CB&Q trackage.

Power on an eastbound loaded unit train going through Stratton, Nebraska; not sure if it was carrying ethanol or oil. A couple of hours earlier another eastbound loaded unit train went through with a single Dash 9 on the point with a pair of SD70ACe's nose to nose on the rear.
