Vader Wa 09-15-02 7:20am BNSF Main 2 Northbound past two signals without slowing. The rear of BNSF 7305 can be seen as well as the top corner of several ballast cars piled up in the distance.
This is BNSF 3129 following the rearend collision in Vader WA. A 6089 ton ballast train with this engine second of two rear ended a parked stack train at 43mph. This engine came to rest on the engineers side and caught fire. Burned for over 2.5 hours before extingished.
