Crossbuck at Western Springs #1

I have tried several angles with this old-style crossbuck, and I like this one the best. The slight-over exposure, and the toned-down colors mix very well IMHO.

This is a diffrent angle I had thought about for this crossbuck. I belive that if I had a wider lens, I would of been able to achieve the angle I was looking for, but everything else turned out good.

RR Sign - UP Memphis Sub - M.J. Scanlon

Plain and simple for a crossing on this dirt road near Earle, Arkansas. A 4x4 post, stop sign, strip of reflective tape and a crossbuck to let you know to look both ways before proceeding.

Perhaps the reason this old crossbuck is still guarding a crossing is that it uses an old rail as its mount.
