As work continues, is the plan for NLA to service Lake Providence port & then go straight to Tallauh, La to interchange with KCS or interchange in Lake Providence with another short line?

Looking on Google Earth , it looks like a siding at Macon Lake , maybe that has been removed, thought it was outside of McGhee toward Lake Village?
