    They might want to know if you've done any welding or have diesel mechanic experience. Might want to know if you have a CDL(commercial drivers license). I did 32 years with the SCL and then CSX but not in the car shops.

    Hello all, Retired CSX from the former SCL. Started in 74 on a section gang in Waverly Ga. Got a transfer to Signals in 88 account of layoffs. Came to Alabama as a Signal Maintainer in 90 and was medically retired in 08. Looking forward to having fellowship with everybody here.
