The morning Sounder from Everett is passing over the Ballard Terminal Railroad at 7:22 a.m. just as substitute light power approaches on the line below. BDTL 98 was temporarily out of service for maintenance and the trackmobile (and driver) was borrowed from Salmon Bay Sand & Gravel to fetch one reefer box for an anxious customer.
