Thanks to this yahoo getting stuck on the tracks, he shut down all westbound traffic thru San Timoteo Cyn. UP Agents were on scene dealing with this situation.

Make for a good op for me, well unless the train stopped. When I got there a CHP unit was leaving and there was 2 UP Agents there. I could hear them on the radio saying that Main#2 would be shut down until this vehicle was moved by a tow track. The dispatcher then placed a track restriction into affect. There was two westbounds I could see stacked up on Main#2, the closet one was about 1/4 mile away. Then there was three eastbounds (manifest, rock train, amtrak) jst on the other side. I'm sure he had some explaning to do.

I think that some Railfan made a last minute mistake,Oops! LOL!
