What does the sticker on the side of the nose say?

Is there any markings on the repainted units which dictate captive service to the Roseville area?

I could not make out the small print on the sticker (bad eyes), but the words above the small print said SELF-START UNIT, and the little red tag underneath said, DANGER, HIGH VOLTAGE. There are several consists like this one in the Roseville yard and they remain here most of the time.
Update: I posted a picture on 2-7-04 of the sticker on a ex-SSW GP40.
